but we pay $50,000 per year or MORE.
(When Luzerne Borough collects too much money from you the Sewer Authority Expects
them to send that Money over to them, and
WE DO....  Why?)

If Luzerne Borough took control of the Sewer Authority and the money they could
use these funds for other projects.  Like Paving Roads where people actually live
and use or Play Grounds or Technology to make our town safer.
