Attached are several documents that PROVE that Council was lied to by their solicitor. Be sure to
pay close attention to the dates when you review them.
1. Connolly’s Field Deed, filed in Luzerne County Court House on May 3, 2006.
2. Council Meeting Minutes, April 2006
3. Council Meeting Minutes, May 3, 2006 (Work Session) The Day the Land Was Deeded.
4. “Special Meeting Minutes” Now Pay Attention to this one. This document was created by
Jonathan Spohrer (Our Solicitor) the day after we deed the land to Connolly’s Field, LLC. and the
day after the Council Work Session. He went back to his office after the works session and
actually REWROTE the April 2006 meeting minutes and created a FALSE vote by Council to
authorize the sale of the land to Finishing Touches, Inc. It was Faxed on May 4, 2006 to Luzerne
Borough and was signed by the Secretary Jeanne Orlando and put into the Meeting Minutes
Records as an official Public Record.
5. When I took this Document to the October 2006 Council Meeting to present to council, Eric
Gory and Jonathan had me gaveled and escorted out of the Borough building before I could
present it.

Below is a quick overview of what happened in the last
days of the land transaction. This clearly shows that
Lies and VOTES were made up and they hid who the
true owner(s) were that purchased Connolly Field.
NO it was not Finishing Touches Land Development
Company as Stated in the April 2006 "Special Meeting
Minutes" It was Connolly Field, LLC.
Finishing Touches, was the name of the company that
was always mentioned to Council as the company they
were selling the land to. The did this for a year and half.
Connolly Field, LLC was a cute name they used to
prevent any slips of the tongue that may have happen
over the course of the transaction.
